Jon and Steve have a long tradition of playing tunes from the likes of The Grateful Dead, The Beatles, The Kinks and The Eagles, to name a few. Having sung together for decades (not saying how many), the duo enjoys tunes featuring vocal harmonies. Tack on some pickin', grinin', twangin' and thrashin' and you begin to understand the ingredients of Toast.
One day, Jon and Steve were playing a show by the Merrimack in Newburyport and our buddy Bill from the Beverly music scene sat in on cajon. It just seemed right at the time and has ever since. Just a little thump is all it takes.
Now George, he's an animal of another nature. Do you like jam with your Toast? We do too and that's where George comes in. His fingers dancing on the keys make the jam complete. He's perfect for your sweet tooth!
